Nature of the Organization

Oracle88 is a private, non-profit organization. By engaging with us — through attending events, creating a Patron account, subscribing to communications, or making a donation — you acknowledge that this relationship is grounded in mutual respect, voluntary participation, and shared values rather than commercial transaction.

Patron Accounts & Wishcraft Access

Access to the Oracle88 Wishcraft platform (event RSVPs, Patron dashboard, reviews) is provided to community members in good faith. By creating a Patron account:

• You agree to provide accurate information (name, email)
• You acknowledge that access is a privilege extended by Oracle88, not a contractual right
• You agree not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to circumvent platform features
• Access may be revoked at the sole discretion of Oracle88

Donations & Contributions

All financial transactions with Oracle88 are voluntary donations:

• Donations are irrevocable gifts made freely to support Oracle88’s mission, music, and events
• No goods or services are sold; any benefits received (event access, digital content) are offered as an organizational expression, not as a commercial exchange
• No refunds are available for any donations made
• No guarantees are made regarding any specific outcomes or benefits
• Donors acknowledge that contributions are received under Oracle88’s stewardship

Event Attendance

Oracle88 hosts live events as expressions of art, music, and community. By RSVPing to or attending an event:

• You acknowledge that events may be photographed or recorded
• Event details (date, time, venue, price) are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes via email
• RSVP fees, where applicable, are voluntary donations in exchange for reserved attendance — these are non-refundable
• Oracle88 reserves the right to refuse admission at its sole discretion

Communications

By subscribing to email or SMS communications from Oracle88, you agree to receive the content type you opted into (newsletters, event announcements, updates). You may opt out at any time:

• Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact adey@oracle88.com
• SMS: Reply STOP to any text message from Oracle88

No Commercial Activity

Oracle88 does not engage in commerce or trade. All exchanges are:

• Voluntary donations and gifts to Oracle88

Oracle88 provides no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any activities, events, digital content, or platform access, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free platform availability
• Guaranteed results or outcomes
• Specific benefits or returns on donations

Limitation of Liability

Oracle88, its administrators, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in activities, attendance at events, or use of the Wishcraft platform. All participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith discussion between the parties
2. Private mediation if necessary
3. Private arbitration as a last resort

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Oracle88 through donation, Patron registration, event attendance, RSVP, or subscription to communications, you acknowledge:

• Your understanding and acceptance of these terms

• The absence of guarantees or warranties

Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated by Oracle88 at any time. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
